Description

Unique isoforms produced by IsoSeq v3 were analyzed by the SQANTI3 Quality Control (QC) workflow. This track shows the collection of unfiltered transcripts produced by SQANTI3 QC. See the Glossary of classification file columns section of the "Understanding the output of SQANTI3 QC" wiki page for an overview of the classification of each transcript.

The color of each feature corresponds to the structural category of the transcript:
